Over the years, thanks to my students, teachers, and Guides, it has become clearer that the crux of what I teach really revolves around The Yoga of Awareness. This speaks to a different way of being in our bodies and on the planet. And, it's our most natural way of being.. our innate state.

But as easy as it is to talk about this- and convey the concept- that alone is not transformative... What's missing is the 'ah-ha'.

The conundrum is that we can't think our way in, effort our way in, pose our way in, or otherwise finesse, diet, or 'do' our way in.
There is no special process, protocol, nor practice that will solve this riddle for us... In fact, everything that 'confronts us' is an opportunity for our next 'ah-ha' moment.. to 'get it'… to suddenly see the leading edge of the answer right where we were so convinced we perceived only a problem existed!

Some of the tools I find helpful are meditation, mindful movement, being in nature, and remembering to breathe!
Just by being in proximity (even on Zoom!) with others daring to drop in, we naturally and spontaneously find ourselves being moved [aligning with Purpose]. We cannot do this alone! So your participation is welcomed and appreciated!

By daring to really pause, this most natural alignment and way of being in our body, just 'happens' spontaneously. The 'outcome' is assured... (because it's our innate state, and because the shift has already happened!) The only question is the timing.

Why wait? You need not wait for that which awaits you!

Our most natural way of being : Let go allow, receive and have.
